Our Youth Athlete Performance Assessment provides a clear, data-driven picture of how your child moves, produces force, and performs. From there, we create a structured plan to help them improve speed, strength, and confidence while reducing injury risk.
This is the same style of testing and analysis used in elite sport, scaled appropriately for young athletes.
What is the assessment?
A comprehensive evaluation of your child’s athletic performance using professional-grade technology, powered by VALD Performance, including:
- ForceDecks – to measure strength, power, and asymmetries
- Speed Gates – to assess acceleration, top speed, and change of direction
